This workshop is aimed specifically at students from abroad - regardless of whether you're just starting out, nearing graduation, or already in a post-doc position. Navigating the German job market can be a challenge for international students. To apply for a job, you not only need basic knowledge of how to formulate a cover letter and an application correctly, but also a good understanding of what German employers seek in applicants. We want to offer everyone at the university, who is looking for access to the German job market, an opportunity to make it easier for you to get started.

To explore these topics, we have invited mentors to share their wisdom: An international employee from a German company will share firsthand experiences and a recruiter will provide tips and tricks for navigating the German job market and approaching the application process effectively.
