Erasmus+

On 25 March 2021, the European Commission published the call for proposals for the new Erasmus+ programme.

Erasmus+ has a budget of 28 billion EUR and aims to facilitate even more individuals in their pursuit of learning, living and working in another European country. Additionally, it contributes to the Green Deal and digitalisation.

The central programmes are managed by the European Education and Culture  Executive Agency EACEA. These include capacity-building projects, Jean Monnet actions, and alliances for innovation. Decentralised programmes, such as the mobility of individuals or cooperation partnerships, are managed in Germany by one of the four national Erasmus+ agencies.
