Internationalising teaching

Internationalisation at faculty level

In order to better meet the requirements of globalisation, the International Center (IC) was established as a central operating unit of the university. The IC receives technical and strategic advice from an Academic Board made up of one professor from each faculty and from the Institute for Educational Research, as well as student representatives and representatives of relevant university institutions.

In addition, the various faculty initiatives are networked by the International Quality Network ("I-Kreis"). This network consists of members from all faculties and university institutions who are fully or partially active in the field of internationalisation in their area of work. These include QSL employees with a focus on internationalisation, employees at sub-units of the Dean's Offices (e.g. Centre for International Contacts at the Faculty of Business and Economics) or in the service area of the School of Education.
