Getting a grip on mobile phone use

"Put down your mobile phone!" The controversial use of mobile phones in relationships has long had a name: Phubing. And smartphones are also constantly at hand in other situations: 85 per cent use them at work, 55 per cent when eating, 30 per cent when driving and 29 per cent when crossing the road. Psychologist Prof Dr Theda Radtke from the University of Wuppertal knows what to do.
