Yuhao Guo, an "old acquaintance", will be returning. The Cologne pianist has already played the solo part in several UNI Orchestra concerts. This year, he will perform one of the most famous piano concertos of all time, the Concerto No. 1 in B flat minor for piano and orchestra by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The film music-like piece "Origins" by Brian Balmages will be more exotic, with a didgeridoo part in addition to the choir and orchestra, which will be performed by Marvin Dillmann from Wuppertal.

To mark the 101st anniversary of Maurice Jarre's birth, the orchestra will also perform music from the legendary film "Lawrence Of Arabia". The UNI Choir will transport the audience to very different emotional worlds with jazz ("My Funny Valentine" and "From The Start"), rock ("Crazy Little Thing Called Love"), the Bob Dylan classic "The Times They Are A-Changin'" and into the world of musicals with songs from "Aladdin", "Dear Evan Hansen" and "Moulin Rouge".

Tickets cost 10 euros (concessions) or 12 euros in advance and 12 euros (concessions) or 14 euros at the box office.

Tickets at www.wuppertal-live.de and at the box office.
