Graduates of the bachelor's degree programme in Industrial Design dealt with topics from the household (water bubbler), office (modular charging system) and industry (laser cleaning system), among others. Strategies for the management of outpatient care, citizen participation in municipal heat planning and strengthening digital skills were developed in the final theses of the Master's programme.

The main project of the Master's degree programme in Strategic Product and Innovation Development was part of the Transform.NRW research project: the students developed a platform through which protagonists from the fields of art, culture and design can network on the topic of sustainability.
