Bergisch transfer history: Churches at the beginning of the abuse of power investigation

"The church is still very much at the beginning when it comes to coming to terms with abuse," says Prof Dr Fabian Kessl, social pedagogue at the university of Wuppertal and member of the independent research network of the broad-based ForuM study. The study presented its findings on sexualised violence and other forms of abuse in the Protestant Church in Germany and the Diakonie to the public in January.
