Application

If you are interested in Erasmus+ continuing education and training activities, please contact us at an early stage.

Procedure and application

Have you decided to do continuing education and training in another European country and would like to take part in the Erasmus+ programme?

Here you can find out how best to proceed.

  1. Consultation at the International Centre, International Office section.
  2. Consultation with the line manager about basic support for participation in the programme.
Please note: Approval must be obtained later via a business trip permit.
  3. Concrete search for a suitable training and further education format.
    Supporting search portals are e.g.:
    IMOTION
    DOREA Educational Institute
  4. Complete and send the application form for "Mobility for University Staff" (STT) including invitation from the host institution or confirmation of registration to the International Centre (IC). Please submit the application at least two months before the training and further education programme.
  5. You will receive a personalised Mobility Agreement from the IC, which you will then coordinate with your host institution. Scanned signatures on the Mobility Agreement will be accepted.
  6. Submit the business trip application to your supervisor in good time. The Erasmus+ University Coordinator will enter a note on the funding of the mobility through the Erasmus+ programme for you.
  7. Please remember that you must also apply for an A1 certificate from the travel expenses office for postings abroad. You will also need the business travel authorisation for this.
  8. Submit the business travel authorisation (original) and the signed Mobility Agreement to the IC.
You will subsequently receive the Grant Agreement.
  9. Payment of 80% of the total funding amount

  1. If there are any changes (in terms of content or time) to your teaching stay, please record these in the Mobility Agreement, section "During the mobility".
  2. On the last day of your stay at the host institution, have the original "Letter of Confirmation" signed.

  1. Submit the Letter of Confirmation to the IC.
  2. Take part in the EU Survey - this is part of the agreed Grant Agreement and a prerequisite for the successful completion of the project.
  3. Payment of 20% of the total funding amount.
